Thinking Of The Right Words To Say
Here in lies the irony of the situation on this day.
Those that supported Bush’s presidency are typically the hard core Christians who rallied behind a president said to have made every decision with faith based in God. Now there is nothing wrong with this. I applaud a man who believes that his actions will be answered for after this life. But these are the same people who are now going to be laughing and criticizing every mistake that Obama makes. All starting with how he goofed on taking the oath. I suppose the snowball must start somewhere.
On the flip side, the crazy groups of people who are out there that believe that Obama is their own personal president that will push their agendas into America. This includes a lovely Obama needs to swear into office on a gay man’s bible, Obama needs to not say, ‘So help me God.’ in his oath. These crazy people have it in their heads that now Obama is president he will shape the America that they have so longed wanted represented.
At this point in time, people are nitpicking at the asinine stupid things instead of focusing on what is more important. An economy in dire need of fixing. Americans educating falling behind several other countries. The place where technology was practically founded now losing headway in speeds on the Internet. Healthcare gouging people’s wallets when they can’t pay for it. Gas prices.
People are ridiculous.
